We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location in the centre of the city was very convenient, with the railway station and private bus stand nearby. The hotel provided excellent services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The rooms were well-maintained with amenities like air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. We enjoyed spending time at the outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful garden area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The location, close to railway station and bus stand. Serene lawn and amazing pool area with lights in the evening. Good food. Easy check-in at 11 pm.

The hotel is located in a congested area, however the entrance has a beautiful green garden, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The accommodation is comfortable and the rooms are new, but need a bit more cleanliness. The food is good and unique with delicious options like crunchy paneer and onion rings. The hotel is undergoing an upgrade with a pool being constructed to acquire a star status.
The hotel staff appeared confused about the types of rooms, and the service was not up to the mark.

Location was great, very easy to find and near many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The room was a decent size and had all the necessary amenities.
Our experience was not great. The hotel had poor hygiene and cleanliness, and even the linens were not changed daily.
